My Top 10 Favorite Autumn Cinema

This was another idea suggested by one of my bookstagram followers. Again, it's another great idea that I love. Cinema isn't something that I talk a whole lot about on my blog, mainly because most of my reads don't have cinema adaptations. I would say about 3 books I've read have gotten close cinema adaptations. A fourth had a movie very loosely based off of it. And a fifth will be getting a cinema adaptation in 2022.

So, as I said, it's not something I talk about a lot. However, this is also what makes it a great post for my blog to shake up my usual content. Here are my top 10 favorite autumn cinema. ("Cinema" meaning movies, tv shows, musicals, etc. - but mostly movies and tv shows.)

  1. AMC's "Turn: Washington's Spies"
  2. Wes Anderson's "Fantastic Mr. Fox"
  3. Cartoon Network's "Over the Garden Wall"
  4. Disney's "Ichabod and Mr. Toad"
  5. Disney's "Hocus Pocus"
  6. Netflix's "Hilda"
  7. Brian Percival's "The Book Thief"
  8. Steven Spielberg's "Lincoln"
  9. Studio Ghibli's "Princess Mononoke"
  10. Studio Ghibli's "Spirited Away"
